In this week’s Parsha, Jacob tells his sons the following words,
ohnhv ,hrjtc of,t treh rat ,t ofk vshdtu upxtv rnthu uhbc
his sons and said, “Assemble yourselves and I will tell you what will befall you in the
End of Days. Gather yourselves and listen, O sons of Jacob, and listen to Israel your
father” (Genesis 49:1). What was his message? The Torah is silent…According to the
Gemara, the Divine Presence departed from him. (See Talmud Pesachim 56a). With the
aid of the codes, we have discovered an allusion. If we take the last letters of the
encircled letters (rearranged) we have the following phrase,
teaching is mourning, that is the bitter truth. With a stretch of the rules called
Gezeirah Shavah, which means the finding of same words in other places (since in one
place it is in code, the other place it is openly stated), there is only one other phrase in the
entire Tanach where we find two words of the above finding and it is found in a phrase
found in lamentations, where it says ,
vk rn thvu ,udub vh,ku,c ohjbtb vhbvf ihnnua
lack of pilgrim festivals. All her gates are desolate, her priests sigh; her maidens are
afflicted and she herself is embittered” (
interpret to say that Jacob foresaw the destruction of the first temple based on the sins of
his descendants. He talked about the road that he buried Rachel (see
then he alluded to the roads of Zion.
Now that we mentioned about the end of days, what is in store for us? The main issue
that everyone is talking about is Global Warming. Throughout the world and especially in
North America, we are witnessing record breaking warmth. Theories abound. Some say it
is greenhouse gases, some say it is el nino, and some say it is the pacific flow, and some
blame it on the sun. I have another theory. I base it on my following observation. When
you look at the world walking on street level, you think the world is flat but it is really a
circle. You think the earth is not moving but it is really moving in space at a rate of
64,000 miles an hour and it is rotating at 1000 miles an hour, although you don’t see it or
feel it. When you look at the sun, you think it is moving but based on my above statement,
it is really the earth moving. When you look at the sun or the moon, they look exactly the
same size. However, we know based on scientific findings that the sun comprises over
98% of the entire mass of our galaxy and the moon is a fraction of the size of the earth.
So we see that a casual observation can be very misleading. The same with the so called
Global Warming.
It is not coming from above, but really from below. Just think of your cell phone or
battery dying on you. Before it goes blink, the electro magnetic forces start heating up. It
actually happened to me. Before my phone died on me, it heated up. Then it cooled off
and died. As we are now 96% (5767) of the year 6000, the earth, whose center or core is
comprised of all sorts of electro magnetic forces, is basically heating up as it approaches
the end of it’s cycle. Now, there is nothing for us to worry about it because if it is part of
the plan of God, then everything God does is for the good. So sit back and enjoy and
always thank God for everything He provides for us, like He provided for Jacob and his
family in their stay in Mitzrayim (ancient Egypt).
